Dr. Amy's Pole Workout, formally Polateaz, is a combination of exotic dance workout, a touch of yoga, a smidge of pilates, a whole lotta pole dancing maneuvers, and just a dash of gymnastics.
Our classes are taught in a safe environment, so that the students feel comfortable performing inverted or advanced moves with experienced spotters. We help guide our students until they feel confident to perform the move on their own.
Don’t worry if you have no dance experience --this class will teach you how to move your body naturally, unapologetically & freely. Polateaz will increase your metabolism, improve your flexibility, strengthen your core and tone your upper and lower body, allowing for a more confident you.
